The New York Post reported that the buyer is likely Google co-founder Sergey Brin. The mansion, built in 2019, spans more than 9,700 square feet and has seven bedrooms and eight and a half baths. Burke and his late wife, Brigitte Burke, purchased the property for $11.7 million in 2014. The latest sale was off market.

In a year ruled by luxury, Palm Beach County’s top-value residential real estate agent proved that less is more, achieving the highest average deal size with a low volume of sales.
Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties clocked an average of $19.4 million per home sale, according to a TRD Data analysis of the county’s top residential real estate agents and teams from Jan. 20, 2025 to Jan. 21, 2026, excluding off-market activity.
