Moens Associates brought the buyer. MacNeil purchased the property in two deals totaling $94 million in 2024 and 2025. He put it up for sale in December, seeking $125 million.

The property spans about 9,300 square feet and was last sold in 2021 for $9.8 million. Since Sergio Pino’s death, Tatiano Pino has been entangled in numerous disputes regarding the bank accounts and assets tied to their firm.
