It has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The latest deal appears to have been off market.

The seller was a company linked to Martha and Stan Johnson that had purchased the 1950s-era property in 2018 for $3.3 million. The home, built in 1994, was renovated and expanded last year to span 8,400 square feet, according to its listing on Zillow. It has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms and two half baths. The Nigros put the home on the market in March, seeking $12.5 million. Mark Nestler and John Poletto with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Gregory S. Brown represented the buyers.

📊 Residential: Stephen and Ann Marie Cannon scooped up a newly built home at 2240 Date Palm Road in Boca Raton for $10.3 million. The seller of the 0.3-acre property was a trust tied to Marco Capoccia. The home measures just under 7,000 square feet and has five bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. It was built last year and went on the market in December with an asking price of $11.3 million.
