The shopping center, at 1330 and 1450 West Lantana Road, sold for about $10.9 million; the 11,100-square-foot complex last sold in 2017 for $7.2 million. ESJ also sold, for $10.5 million, 600 East Coast Avenue, which is home to the Palm Beach Maritime Academy.

The seller was VMD Real Estate LLC, managed by Vincent DiBenedetto. The home was built in 2019 and last purchased in 2020 for $6.8 million. The property is about 5,400 square feet with six bedrooms and seven and a half baths. This comes out to around $2,500 per square foot.
