🏆 Residential: The priciest recorded home sale was in Manalapan at 1660 South Ocean Boulevard for $70.9 million. The sellers were Ronald and Cindy McMackin, owners of Pan-Pacific Mechanical, who bought the property in 2020 for $38.9 million. The buyer was Building Florida Home LLC. The home spans about 22,900 square feet with seven bedrooms. The house also features a tunnel leading to a beach bungalow. Margrit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties had the listing.

📊 Residential: An empty lot in Manalapan at 1960 South Ocean Boulevard sold for $32 million. Stewart Satter, the former mayor of Manalapan and a spec developer, sold the waterfront property to David MacNeil, the billionaire founder of WeatherTech. The lot spans about 3.9 acres. Satter had put the ocean-to-Intracoastal estate on the market last year for $285 million, with plans for a 55,000-square-foot home. MacNeil took one portion of the estate, and billionaire Larry Ellison is set to pay $35 million for the other part of the property.

📊 Residential: In Coconut Grove, a condo at the Grovenor House at  2627 South Bayshore Drive was $9.6 million. The seller was Mayi De La Vega, who purchased the unit in 2020 for $3.2 million. The buyer was David Simmonds Franks. The unit, which has three bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, measures 4,400 square feet, pricing the latest sale at roughly $2,200 per square foot.
