South Florida’s top deals: Palm Beach property trades for $39M

PRC Industries' Arthur Krantz and 319 Mizner Lake Estates Drive in Boca Raton

🏆 Residential: The top residential sale to hit records was in Palm Beach at 690 Island Drive for $39.2 million. A trust was the seller and the buyer was 690 Island Drive LLC. The lakefront home last sold in 2025 for $33 million. Christian Angle with Christian Angle Real Estate handled the listing. Suzanne Trapani-Frisbie with Corcoran Group brought the buyer. 

🏆 Commerical: The top commercial deal was in Miami, where a commercial property at 10 Southeast First Avenue traded for $8.5 million. The seller was a company tied to William Harman that had owned the site since 2009. The buyer was an affiliate of Sunshine Gasoline Distributors.

📊 Residential: A home at 319 Mizner Lake Estates Drive in Boca Raton sold for $9.9 million. Arthur Krantz, founder of PRC Industries, was the seller; Mitchell and Rossana Pasin were the buyers. The home spans about 8,100 square feet with five bedrooms and seven and a half baths. Jacqueline Feldman with Sotheby’s had the listing.  

📊 Residential: In Bal Harbour, a condo at 10203 Collins Avenue, changed hands for $12.8 million. The sellers were Brett and Jennifer Pollak, and the buyers were Phillip and Nancy Resnick. The Pollaks had owned the nearly 4,000-square-foot pad since 2021, when they purchased it for $6.9 million. The unit has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms; it went on the market in September 2024 with an asking price of $18.5 million. Ethan and Ruthie Assouline with Douglas Elliman represented the sellers, and Ryan Mendell With Maxwelle Realty brought the buyers.
