Built in 2021, the home spans more than 7,300 square feet and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Raymonds purchased the property in 2019 for $5 million. Stephen Simpson with William Raveis Real Estate had the listing, and Samantha Curry with Douglas Elliman brought the buyer.
