📊 Commercial: In Miami Gardens, a retail property at 4840 Northwest 183rd Street traded for $11.1 million. The seller was an affiliate of Alfred Sayegh’s Freshwater Group, based in Brooklyn. The buyer was a company tied to Terryville Associates. The property, which last sold a decade ago for $7.2 million, spans more than 64,200 square feet, pricing the sale at roughly $173 per square foot.
