🏆 New Building: The largest new building permit issued last week was for an $11.8 million construction project at 6520 North Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. The permit is associated with developer Pinnacle’s proposed two-building affordable housing development Pinnacle at Cypress. This marks the second phase of the developer’s completed multifamily housing complex Fairfield at Cypress.
