Kaká, one of the greatest soccer players of his era, planted a flag in Bal Harbour.
Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, known by his nickname, paid $8.7 million for a condo on the 14th floor of Oceana Bal Harbour, at 10203 Collins Avenue, property records show. Kaká bought the 3,350-square-foot, three-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bathroom unit for $2,600 per square foot.

Gaston Siciliano sold the Oceana condo. He paid $6.5 million for the unit in 2022, according to property records.
Kaká, a former FIFA World Player of the Year, retired in 2017. He was part of Brazil’s team that won the FIFA World Cup in 2002. He also played four years later alongside Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima (known as Ronaldo), Adriano Leite Ribeiro and Ronaldo de Assis Moreira. Earlier this year, Ronaldo paid $7.8 million for a penthouse at Onda in Bay Harbor Islands.

Kaká’s condo comes with three parking spaces, three private storage units. Michael Martinez with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller. Jennifer Olmeda with WRA Real Estate Solutions represented the buyer.
South Florida’s become a haven for footballers from around the world. Miami is also hosting a number of FIFA World Cup games, including the upcoming quarterfinal on Saturday and the bronze final a week later.

Lionel Messi, one of the greatest players of all time, owns luxury condos at Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach and Regalia in Golden Beach, as well as a waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale. Messi joined the Major League Soccer team Inter Miami in 2023. Retired soccer pro David Beckham, an owner of Inter Miami, and his wife, Victoria Beckham, recently sold their One Thousand Museum penthouse in downtown Miami, and they own a waterfront mansion on North Bay Road in Miami Beach.
The Mas brothers, David Beckham and their partners are building Miami Freedom Park, a $1 billion mixed-use project near Miami International Airport that includes Inter Miami’s stadium. The city of Miami is also planning to move its city hall to the project.
