🏆 New Building: The largest permit issued was a $193 million new construction permit for 1822 Northwest 37th Avenue in Miami, tied to the redevelopment of Miami Freedom Park near the Miami International Airport, which will include more than 1 million square feet of retail, dining, entertainment and office space, 750 hotel rooms, a 58-acre public park, a new City of Miami administration building and Inter Miami CF’s Nu Stadium — which is already complete.

📊 New Building: The second-largest permit was a $180 million commercial permit for 850 South Quadrille Boulevard in West Palm Beach, where New York-based developer Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation launched plans in 2020 for West Palm Point, a new office tower. Construction for the development has stalled for years, and the site was hit with a foreclosure lawsuit in 2025.

📊 New Building: The largest residential permit was valued at $2.6 million for a new single-family home at 111 Bay Colony Drive in Fort Lauderdale. The property last sold for $5.75 million in October 2025. Records show the site is owned by the Ohana Trust, whose trustee is Keith W. Marshall.

🏆 Alteration: The largest alteration permit was a $1.95 million renovation at 3900 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach for guest room and corridor upgrades at the Circa 39 Miami Beach hotel.

🏆 Commercial Buildout: A $30 million permit was issued for 1611 South Andrews Avenue in Fort Lauderdale, where Broward Health is building out approximately 110,000 square feet of medical exam rooms and office space, with an additional 70,000 square feet of shell space on the upper floors.
