The seller was a company managed by Mexican real estate investment executive Moussa El Mann, and the buyer was an LLC led by attorney Nora Galego. The unit measures 7,700 square feet, pricing the deal at $2,800 per square foot. The seller purchased the unit in 2025 for $17.9 million. Yansy Checa with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Laura Carneiro with Laura Vale International Realty brought the buyer. The condo hit the market in June with an asking price of $25 million.

🏆 Commerical: A 7,600-square-foot retail property at 6981 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach traded for $14.4 million. The sellers, Elysee Investment Company of Miami Beach and Joseph Cohen, had owned the property for decades. The buyer in the latest sale was an affiliate of the Kolter Group, a real estate development and investment firm based in Delray Beach.

📊 Residential: An LLC managed by attorney Andrew Stempler parted with a home at 220 Esplanade Way in Palm Beach for $13.4 million. The buyer was a company tied to David and Vickie Smick and David Smick, Jr. David Smick is an economic strategist and documentarian. The home, which last sold in 2023 for $10.3 million, spans 4,100 square feet and has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Samantha Curry with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Kimberlee Knecht, also with Douglas Elliman, represented the buyer.

📊 Residential: In Key Biscayne, a villa at Oceana Key Biscayne at 110 Reef Lane sold for $10.5 million. The seller was a company managed by Alvar Castro Mendivil. The buyer was an LLC linked to Daniel Tavares. The condo spans 6,100 square feet, according to Zillow.
