Olumide Larry Ogunjobi is used to making big moves on the field in the NFL, but his latest play was in Miami’s luxury real estate market.
The former Buffalo Bills defensive tackle marked his debut into luxury spec home development with the listing of his first project, in Miami Beach’s gated Biscayne Point. The 4,300-square-foot waterfront property at 1141 North Biscayne Point Road was recently completed and is listed for $15.9 million.

The mansion, which he dubbed “Glasshouse,” includes four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half-bath, a glass-enclosed office and a sunset terrace. Outside, it has 107 feet of open bay frontage, a private dock, a summer kitchen and a saltwater pool and spa, according to Zillow.
“Miami is a city of opportunity. It’s fast paced. It’s flashy. It’s fun, and we wanted to design a home that fit that,” Ogunjobi told The Real Deal.
Ogunjobi bought the site for $4.6 million in 2024, records show. He developed the home through his entrepreneurial platform, First of Many. Kobi Karp designed the residence, Cetoute Design Group built it, and Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman has the listing.

Ogunjob secured his Florida real estate license during last year’s offseason. He said he wanted to take advantage of an opportunity to enter Miami’s booming luxury market and further his career beyond football.
“I love business. I love real estate,” he said. “So I wanted to merge the two, and I saw an opportunity to develop in an area that’s up-and-coming.”
Ogunjobi joins a growing list of developers betting on Miami Beach’s luxury housing market, where new mansions are replacing older homes. Demand for spec homes is high, as wealth migration brings in luxury buyers who want move-in ready mansions in prime locations. A Zillow search showed more than 30 spec homes asking at least $10 million across Miami Beach.
The 32-year-old from North Carolina is an unrestricted free agent after completing last season with the Bills. He previously spent four seasons in Cleveland, one season in Cincinnati that included a Super Bowl LVI run, and three years in Pittsburgh. He signed a one-year deal in Buffalo in March last year.
Ogunjobi said he’ll continue to play football as he looks for other development opportunities in the Magic City.
“I’m excited to show people that I’m an athlete, but I’m also a developer,” he said. “I’m wearing both hats.”
Ogunjobi owns a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse in Miami, which he bought in 2022 for $900,000, according to the New York Post.
