Brigitte Nachtigall and Jorge Boj with One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Catalina Marin Fuenzalida with Avanti Way Realty brought the buyers.

The home spans about 3,300 square feet featuring three bedrooms and three and a half baths. A cabana unit on the property was included in the sale as well.
