🏆 Residential: The priciest home sale to hit records was for a condo in Bel Harbour. A trust sold a 5,000-square-foot penthouse at 10201 Collins Avenue for $20.9 million. The buyer was Oceana PH2802 Holdings LLC. The unit has three bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The trust purchased the condo in 2023 for $22 million. The latest deal breaks down to $4,200 per square foot.

🏆 Commercial: Opa Locka logged the most expensive recorded commercial deal. A company managed by Orlando Garcia offloaded an industrial building at 4365 Northwest 18th Street for $8.2 million. The buyer was a company tied to Celeste View Investments LLC. The one-story building spans 37,500 square feet, pricing the deal at about $220 per square foot. The seller purchased the property in 2007 for $2.8 million.

📊 Residential: In Miami, Michael P. Betters, via a trust, parted with a condo at the Grove at Grand Bay at 2669 South Bayshore Drive for $9.1 million. The buyer was a trust linked to Anthony Fadell and Alfredo Botty. The 5,300-square-foot pad has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, plus about 1,200 square feet of outdoor space and ocean views. The sale works out to roughly $1,700 per square foot. Betters bought the unit in 2016 for $4.8 million. John Sandberg and Melina Reyes with Compass had the listing, and Judith Hansen, also with Compass, brought the buyer.

📊 Residential: Charles and Alexandra Prakas paid $5.7 million for the home at 619 Riverside Road in North Palm Beach. The seller was the estate of wealth management executive Richard P. Bursek, who purchased the property in 2022 for $4.5 million. The home went on the market in April for just under $7 million. It measures about 5,400 square feet and has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.
