Plantation office building sells for $44 million

The building is located at 160 SW 80th Terrace in Plantation

The Plantation office building at 1601 SW 80th Terrace that recently
secured Kaplan University as its main tenant has been bought by
Denver-based Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust for $44 million, the
second-largest office sale in South Florida in the last year. The
118,160-square-foot building had been owned by an iStar affiliate, which
had bought the building, which was built in 1994, for $35 million six
