Miami developers charged for fraud

Victor and Natalia Wolf have been indicted by a Miami grand jury on
charges of mail and wire fraud. The two were reportedly being
investigated in 2007 for allegations that they defrauded investors on
the West Coast of Florida for as much as $100 million. The two were
based in North Miami Beach, with companies such as Sky Development, Sky
Realty Group and All Title and Trust. The indictment claims that the
developers did not have deeds recorded in buyers’ names, resold property
without authorization and set up sham companies. The indictment was in
