Elin Nordegren, the Swedish former nanny best known as Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, has purchased a $12.2 million beachfront mansion in North Palm Beach’s Seminole Landing enclave. The two-story home, at 12520 Seminole Beach Road, has eight bathrooms and 17,178 square feet, as well as a yearly property tax bill of around $300,000. Nordegren and her two children, who currently reside in Orlando, are slated to move in within the next few weeks. Among Seminole Landing’s other residents: New York Giants legend Tucker Frederickson and coal mogul Christopher Cline, who owns the property next door to Nordegren’s new digs. [Palm Beach Post]
