Downtown Miami’s Marquis Residences have reached the 70 percent sold
mark, helped in part by an
iPad app called Sage
. “[This] is a testament to the uniqueness of
Marquis Residences,” said Alicia Cervera of Cervera Real Estate, the
building’s exclusive sales and marketing firm. According to the firm,
60 percent of buyers at Marquis have been from abroad, with the bulk
coming from Brazil. The 67-story Marquis, which is located at 1100
Biscayne Boulevard, has a total of 292 units and now has just 88
remaining. The project is a development of Africa Israel. — Alexander Britell
