Miami Herald may move to Miami River

The Miami Herald, whose headquarters were sold for $236 million to
Malaysian company Genting earlier this year, has nearly completed
negotiations on a letter of intent to purchase the Bertram Yacht
headquarters on the Miami River. The site is expected to include
operations and all 700 employees at the company. It is located at the
corner of NW 21st street and NW 22nd street. The area is the current
production site of the television series “Magic City”. [Miami Herald]
