West Marine launching Fort Lauderdale flagship store

West Marine is set to launch its 50,000-square-foot store in Fort
Lauderdale tomorrow, which is double the size of any of the company’s
previous stores. The new building is located at 2401 South Andrews
Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Last month, West Marine southeast regional
vice president Erk Rimblas, talked
to The Real Deal about the
firm’s search for space and the process of the project, which was a
build-to-suit done in partnership with developer Stiles. [SFBJ]
