One Sotheby’s combines real estate office, art gallery in South Beach

One Sotheby’s International Realty has partnered with the Cisneros Art Foundation to create a real estate office with an art gallery. The One CIFO project allots 2,000 square feet of its new 6,000-square-foot space at 119 Washington Avenue in South Beach to Cisneros, which will display works by contemporary Latin American artists. Proceeds will benefit the artists and CIFO’s Endowment fund. “I have always had a passion and strong connection with art,” said Mayi de La Vega, founder and owner of One Sotheby’s. “Together, Ella Cisneros and I will provide Latin American artists with a unique opportunity to showcase their artwork and raise money for CIFO.” — Alexander Britell
