Southeast Financial Center, the tallest office building in Florida, has unveiled its new lobby and several other modifications. The redesign, which was led by Jacobs Architecture and Knoll Furniture, includes a 700-square-foot video wall and two “Anigre” wood structures. The total renovation covers 17,632 square feet in the building’s lower, west and east lobbies. The renovations also include unlimited fiber optic broadband connectivity, and direct connectivity to the NAP of the Americas network. “The technological advances and aesthetic upgrades at Southeast Financial Center have set a new benchmark for Class A office space in the CBD,” said Jay Leone, general manager for Jones Lang Lasalle, which is the exclusive leasing agent for the property. — Alexander Britell
