Pompano Beach Harley-Davidson dealership sells for $2.75 million

The former Harley-Davidson dealership in Pompano Beach has sold for $2.75 million to a compay called Soprema in a deal closed by Stiles Realty. Kimberly Barbar, broker-associate with Stiles, represented the owner in the sale of the property, which prominent I-95 frontage at Center Port Business Park. The sale of the 17,000-square-foot building, which is located at 2900 Center Port Circle, worked out to an average of $162 per square foot, the highest in the submarket in some time, according to Barbar. “A quarter million cars pass the site daily,” said Barbar. “While many potential buyers were looking for a ‘steal,’ we found the ideal match in Soprema.” — Alexander Britell
