French eatery signs at 600 Brickell

The former chef at the Biltmore’s Palm D’Or will open a new eatery at 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza in downtown Miami. Philippe Ruiz’s Restaurant Du Cap will occupy the ground floor at the office tower after signing a 5,179-square-foot lease. The lease will begin Nov. 1. “Du Cap is an entirely unique up-tempo French restaurant concept located in an equally unique and beautiful location at Brickell World Plaza,” said Carmen More of Cervera Real Estate, who represented Restaurant Du Cap. “600 Brickell is in the heart of everything and Du Cap will be an integral piece of that energetic experience.” Tracy Story of Foram Group represented the landlord and developer.” — Alexander Britell
