South Beach’s Sense Hotel sells for $5.2 million

The 18-room Sense Hotel on South Beach has been sold for $5.2 million to Ocean Units, a limited liability company, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The company is based in Miami Beach. The hotel, which went into foreclosure in May of last year, is located at 400 Ocean Drive. It was one of a group of new boutique hotels to open in Miami Beach in the last two years. [SFBJ]
