An Indian Creek Island house listed for $52 million could break the post-recession residential sales record for Miami-Dade, according to the New York Times. The property is currently under contract for an unknown amount to a foreign buyer, but if it is closed it will likely be the largest sale in the area since 2006’s peak housing prices. The 10-bedroom house, which is located at 3 Indian Creek Drive, is being marketed by Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker. “Everything is kind of selling now,” she said. “You wonder how long it will last.” The previous record was just broken in March with another Indian Creek Island sale for $38.4 million.
