Miami Beach’s The Jills named top South Florida real estate team in national rankings

Miami Beach’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg handled $275.87 million in sales last year, the most of any South Florida real estate team and the third-highest number in the country, according to the 2012 edition of Real Trends’ Top Sales Professionals report. Cristina Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach was the top-ranked South Florida broker in the country for sales volume. Condon handled $203.3 million in transactions in 2011, according to the report. Another Palm Beach broker, Corcoran’s Paulette Koch, was ranked 22nd in the country, with a total sales volume of $121.7 million in 2011. “The Thousand” report is compiled by the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends. — Alexander Britell
