South Miami-Dade retail center in foreclosure

South Miami-Dade County’s Puerta Del Sol Plaza shopping center is in foreclosure, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The 39,659-square-foot property, whose tenants include Church’s Chicken and Family Dollar, is the target of a foreclosure action by lender Wells Fargo Bank. The center, which was built three years ago, is located at 2204 South Dixie Highway. [SFBJ]
