Fullerton Group to design Palace at Coral Gables senior community

The Fullerton Group has been named the architectural firm for the Palace Group’s planned Palace at Coral Gables senior living community in Coral Gables. The nine-story tower will feature 243 luxury residences. “We’re pleased to partner with the Fullerton Group,” Palace President Helen Shaham said. The project, which is a joint partnership with the city of Coral Gables, is scheduled to open in early 2013, and is inspired by the Four Seasons George V hotel in Paris. “We worked closely with the city to draw on the Mediterranean influences that are synonymous with Coral Gables,” said Fullerton’s Howard Bogis. — Alexander Britell
