Elite International Realty, Only Best Properties partner to market Bellini

Elite International Realty and Only Best Properties have formed a joint venture to market the under-construction Bellini Williams Island project. Elite International Realty’s Daniel Ickowicz and Leo Ickowicz will spearhead the sales presence for the project. Only Best Properties President Ivan Ramirez will serve as Bellini’s director of sales, leading the sales team along with German Rojas, Cristina Doldan and Natali Grad. “Having these two corporate entities come together to be the exclusive sales agent and marketing firm for Bellini seemed like the right fit,” said Bellini Developer Martin Margulies. — Alexander Britell
