Downtown Miami’s Marquis Residences has sold between 90 and 95 percent of its units, according to Lori Ordover, managing director of the Ordover Group, which is marketing the property for developer Africa Israel USA. The 67-story Marquis condominium tower, which also includes the Tempo boutique hotel, is located at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard just across from the American Airlines Arena. Marquis previously said that the majority of buyers have come from Brazil, as has been the case in much of the downtown Miami condo market. — Alexander Britell
