TerraCap acquires 11,000-square-foot office space in Bonita Springs

Naples-based TerraCap Partners has signed a deal to purchase an 11,000-square-foot office space in Bonita Springs, the firm announced today. The Coconut Office Center, which includes three floors, is located at 23421 Walden Center Drive. TerraCap will also be occupying 3,000 square feet at the center. The property is located across from the Coconut Point Mall. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. TerraCap was formed in 2008 to capitalize on distressed real estate opportunities in Florida. — Alexander Britell
