Grieco Motors pays $5 million for North Palm Beach dealership site

Grieco Motors has purchased the former site of the Ed Morse Chevrolet dealership in North Palm Beach for $5 million, according to Reichel Realty, which brokered the sale. Grieco plans to open a new dealership, Grieco Mazda, at the site, which is located at the northwest corner of A1A and Northlake Boulevard. The 45,000-square-foot complex occupies 4.5 acres. It has been vacant for four years, according to Reichel broker Bill Reichel. Greico also operates a Mazda dealership in Delray Beach. – Alexander Britell
