Property Markets Group launches new projects in Hollywood and Aventura

Property Markets Group has launched two new projects in South Florida: the Sage Beach in Hollywood and Echo in Aventura. Developer Kevin Maloney of PMG developed Mei in Miami Beach and is also developing a pair of towers in Manhattan. Both projects will be designed by Carlos Ott and Yabu Pushelberg. Echo, a 190-unit complex, will be located on the last new construction waterfront in Aventura. It will feature a so-called Sky Loft connecting the project’s two towers, a 3,000-square-foot bridge suite. Sage Beach in Hollywood Beach will be located at 2101 South Surf Road. The development, which will boast 300 feet of beachfront access to its residences, will include 24 units. International Sales Group will be the exclusive marketing agent for the properties. — Alexander Britell
