MMG, Global Fund Investments acquire Publix-anchored center in Fort Myers

MMG Equity Partners and Global Fund Investments have acquired Sanibel Beach Place, a Publix-anchored shopping center between Fort Myers and Sanibel and Captiva Island. The 74,286-square-foot property, which is located on Summerlin Road, is currently 75 percent leased. The joint venture will focus on managing and leasing the property to stabilization, the two sides said. Around 18,000 cars pass by the shopping center each day. — Alexander Britell
