Singer Ricky Martin sells Golden Beach home for $12.8 million

Singer Ricky Martin has sold his Golden Beach home for $12.8 million, The Real Deal has learned. 

The home, which was purchased by an undisclosed buyer, is located at 641 Ocean Boulevard on the island on the northern edge of Miami-Dade County.

Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell’s Pablo Alfaro had the listing on the property. The buyer worked with Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber of Coldwell Banker’s The Jills on the transaction.

The two-story, five-bedroom, seven-bathroom Mediterranean estate has 108 feet of private beachfront, along with a home theater and a new gourmet kitchen.

In April, Martin sold his home on Miami Beach’s North Bay Road for $10.6 million.

In 2011, he sold a separate Golden Beach home for $6.3 million.
