Sales at St. Regis Bal Harbour top $758M

Condominium sales at the St. Regis Bal Harbour have topped $758 million, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The property has sold more than 200 units since launching sales earlier this year, with an average price of $1,450 per square foot. The property was the scene of a bulk condo deal in July that saw five combined units sell for $24.5 million, one of the largest condominium transactions in the history of South Florida. The skyrocketing sales at the St. Regis have been lifting prices across Bal Harbour, most recently evidenced by the $4.9 million sale of a penthouse at the nearby Majestic Tower. — Alexander Britell
