Beacon Hill Property Group has been tapped to lease at the Bird Village Plaza shopping center in Miami, the Miami-based brokerage announced today. The property is located at 14713 SW 42nd Street, with co-tenants including CVS, TD Bank, Wendy’s and Subway, among others. Walgreens, Starbucks and Bank of America neighbor the property. The largest space available is a 7,800-square-foot outparcel for ground lease or build to suit. Bird Village Plaza is located at 14713 SW 42nd Street in Miami. — Alexander Britell
