Brenner reports six new transactions in Broward

Brenner Real Estate Group recently closed six new transactions, including five leases and one sale, in Broward County. The largest deal was a 6,341-square-foot lease renewal by Wells Fargo Bank at 6600 Taft Street in Hollywood. Brenner’s Peter Messina and Michael Eisner represented the landlord, Hollywood DEW in that deal. CBRE’s Michael Wilson represented Wells Fargo. The remainder of the deals totaled 7,132 square feet. —Alexander Britell
