New Bay Harbor Islands condo development to premiere next month

A new waterfront development in Bay Harbor Islands, known as Riva Bay Harbor, will premiere next month, Miami Condo Investments reported. The 25-unit development, at 9400 West Bay Harbor Drive, will feature a roof-top pool, fitness center and interiors designed by Sam Robin, whose other work includes condominium tower 900 Biscayne Bay.
