“Location, location, location!” Paramount Lodging Advisors’ Mike Hartman said of the Hotel Clifton, a South Beach Art Deco property his firm and Cambean Hospitality have teamed up to sell.

The 34-room boutique hotel at 1343 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach was built in 1948 and fully renovated in 2010 by new owners, Cambean Hospitality, becoming Miami Beach’s first LEED gold-certified property, according to a release.

The white, two-story hotel, with its name in distinctive, Gothic lettering illuminated at night in yellow neon, went on the market last week. “We’ve seen a tremendous amount of interest,” Hartman said.

The property is a “hotelier’s hotel,” Hartman added, because it offers “a limited service room-centric revenue stream.”
