The condominium unit at 2127 Brickell Avenue in Miami listed for $16.8 million in November, but now is available for $10.9 million. It features seven assigned parking spaces, a rooftop terrace with a pool, summer kitchen and vaulted interior living spaces, the listing said.

Ugo Columbo, who developed the tower in 1993, used to live in the penthouse. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker – and one-half of the Jills – has the listing. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
