Mansions at Acqualina developer the Trump Group recently found a buyer for the penthouse unit at the luxury Sunny Isles Beach tower.

The 47th-floor condo at the building is under contract to an undisclosed buyer, the Wall Street Journal reported. Trump originally marketed the unit as the top half of the “Palazzo D’Oro” duplex at an asking price of $55 million. Now, the developer has reconfigured the 46th floor and combined it with the 45th floor.

Trump calls the new duplex “Palazzo di Richezze” and is listing the unit at $50 million. The six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom condo is designed with an internal glass elevator connecting the floors. Other features include a 35-foot long swimming pool, a wine room, billiards room, gym and home theater.

More than 90 percent of Mansions at Acqualina’s 79 condos are under contract, according to Trump. The building is slated for an early 2015 completion. [WSJ]Eric Kalis
