Designed by noted society architects John Volk and Gustav Maass in 1929, the Mediterranean-style house stands on a prime Estate Section street. The four-story home features seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms  plus three half-baths  a tower, staff rooms and 13,077 square feet of living space, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

“I thought the house was magical when I bought it in 1998, and I still think it’s magical,” owner Merrilyn Bardes said.
