Related to launch One Paraiso condo project next month

Related Group is making its mark on the East Edgewater area with its new condo development dubbed One Paraiso.

Located on a five-acre waterfront site between the Design District and Downtown Miami, the four-tower project will launch next month, according to GlobeSt.

“Each member of the design team we’ve assembled believes that the sum of the individual elements will add up to a single, spectacular whole,” Carlos Rosso, president of Related condominium division, said. “Our plan is to transform this five-acre gem of a property into the epicenter of Edgewater where everyone wants to be, next to the Design District and Midtown.”

Arquitectonica is planning the complex and Piero Lissoni is handling design. Interiors are being designed by London-based United Designers, led by Keith Hobbs – whose notable clients include George Clooney, Bruce Willis and U2.
