Luxury townhouses coming to Juno Beach

This fall two-dozen luxury townhouses, known as Ocean Breeze, are coming to the site of the Floridian Ocean Park mobile home in Juno Beach.

The two-story townhouses will be about 2,000 square feet and are expected to start at about $585,000, according to the Palm Beach Post. Construction is scheduled for completion in early 2016.

Property owner and developer Larry Wright told the Post that the project will cost approximately $10 million. Wright paid $1.5 million for the site. [Palm Beach Post] – Christopher Cameron
