The owner of the Temple House in South Beach is looking to sell the two-story commercial building.

Eastern Consolidated is marketing the 13,100-square-foot Art Deco building at 1415 Euclid Avenue with a $16.5 million asking price, the firm announced on Thursday. The L. Murray Dixon-designed Temple House is a single-family residence that is also a licensed event facility for social and corporate functions and includes a bed and breakfast hotel. Dixon’s other work in the area includes the Raleigh, Tides and Victor hotels.

Daniel Davidson is identified in county records as the property owner. He paid about $1.1 million for the building in March 2003.

Eastern Consolidated associate directors Michael Hunter Coghill and Michael Levine are handling marketing efforts.

“The offering presents a rare opportunity to acquire one of South Beach’s premier and established event venues whose roster of clients include multi-national corporations, luxury brands and prominent high net worth individuals,” Hunter Coghill said. — Eric Kalis
