Four new tenants sign deals at Manor@Flagler Village

Four retail tenants have inked deals at Related Group’s new mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale called the Manor@Flagler Village.

In total, the tenants leased 8,565 square feet at the project, which is still under construction, according to GlobeSt.

CBRE negotiated the deals at 525 North Federal Highway with Source Salon, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon; the Brass Tap Beer Bar, a craft beer bar; Venetian Nail Spa, a salon; and Colada Cuban Coffee House & Eatery, a concept by the owners of the 30-year-old Miramar Bakery.

“All these tenants fit into the lifestyle environment that the landlord envisioned for the project,” CBRE’s Danny Diaz said. “When we first started the leasing program, we wanted to attract retailers that would fill a void in the market and attract people to the project. I believe these tenants do exactly that and look forward to seeing this area grow.”
