The development, Azure, will be located along the Intracoastal Waterway. Developer Frankel Enterprises of Jupiter is planning 113 units in two four-story buildings over a 14-acre site.

Condos will run up to 4,000 square feet with private elevators. Amenities include a club room, card room, conference center, pool and health club. A walking path offers views of the marina. Prices start in the $900,000s. [South Florida Business Journal]
